Storyboard Submission in REDCap

As part of our yearly meeting tradition, we love seeing the storyboards you create to showcase your hospital’s progress and innovative work. These presentations are always such a great way to learn from one another and celebrate all the efforts being made across the state.

While we’ll still have the visual storyboards at the meeting, we’ll also be collecting storyboard information through REDCap. This will help us save and organize the incredible ideas and strategies you share, making it easier to refer back to them and share best practices across hospitals.

ILPQC ESSI teams are invited to request a FREE Safe Sleep Support Starter Pack for their hospital, made possible through support from the Illinois Department of Human Services.

Teams can customize their starter pack based on the needs of their patient population. Materials include posters for hospital units and educational handouts for parents and caregivers designed to support safe sleep education and conversations.

Orders will be available for pick-up at the 2026 ILPQC Face-to-Face Neonatal Meeting.
