    Wrap-up & Evaluation

Calling all perinatal health advocates interested in improving perinatal health outcomes!

Calling all obstetricians, neonatologists, pediatricians, nurse midwives, and other perinatal healthcare practitioners, nurses, lactation counselors, perinatal health educators, social workers, quality leaders, administrators, payers, public health professionals, and all advocates interested in perinatal health!

Join us to share strategies, lessons learned from perinatal quality improvements (QI) efforts across Illinois as well as across the country, and hear from national and state leaders providing resources and expertise as we strengthen state-based perinatal quality efforts to improve perinatal outcomes for our statewide QI initiatives: Birth Equity (BE), Promoting Vaginal Birth (PVB), as well as the launch of our new neonatal initiative Equity and Safe Sleep for Infants (ESSI)!

We will also hear from other state perinatal quality collaboratives’ success stories in newborn equity, safe sleep, patient engagement, mental health, and other QI initiatives with insights from national leaders and personal stories.

Breakout sessions will be held for OB teams, Neonatal teams, as well as for community, family, and patient advisors. We will continue the tradition of teams sharing hospital QI initiatives with our interactive Poster Session (see below for abstract submission information).
